Assalamualaikum, I have been having problems in studying. I study at least 12 hours a day but yet I can’t remember anything. I do not know what’s wrong with me, I know I am capable of getting good results but I have no focus and my memory power is very low. The people around me affects my anxiety as they can remember very well, My exams will be held on May 11th and I really need all the dua that I can get. I pray so much, I zikr this zikr ” Ya hayum Ya Qayum Bihaq Laillahaillaantasubhanaka ini quntum minazzalimin”. What do I do, I am so disheartened. Please help me, I am tearing constantly.

Recite salawat on the Prophet (s) 500 x daily, that will open back your memory. You said you are studying 12 hours a day. Is that school or besides a day, then if both that is 24 hours so that is why you are not remembering. Make sure you are sleeping early; then wake up before Fajr and study, it will stay in your memory.
