Salam, i am a medical student in pakistan, my graduation will complete soon.
For specialization, i want to go to usa. But i am confused between surgery and medicine specialities.
Is it better for me? How to decide?

Whichever is paying more money is better for then you can help the poor and needy and build mosques and schools, doing more for the sake of Allah swt, in-sha-Allah.
