Dear Shaykhs i am suffering from little high cholesterol and triglycerides which resulted in occasional hypertension. Plus my weight is decreasing day by day now am a lean person. my business is little low, need barakah and customers to my business.

Follow medical advice regarding your health issues. Keep salat on time and add whatever voluntary prayers you can regularly pray. Feed the poor and invite people to make dhikr from time to time at your place of business.
