Salam,
I just had my 4th interview for a promotion for the same position. Although I spend much time preparing for it upon reflection I don’t think I did well. Although the result is not out yet but I feel that I have let many people including myself down. I have been feeling very sad lately and keep thinking on how I could have done it differently. Please advise on what I can do if I don’t get the position and please pray for me.

In reality all such exams, tests and interviews are only to prepare our mindset and our heartset for akhira, when we will face a far tougher set of interviews, exams and tests.
