My mother has been in the ICU for two months. She had a minor vascular procedure done. Unfortunately she developed a complication called ARDS, Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome that made her to go back to the ER on the same day of hospital discharge. She was recovering well the first four days but then suddenly she went down and crashed. In the process she developed extensive strokes which has now made her into a vegetative state.
Every time she improves, something happens where she goes into a sudden down direction again. She is strong Alhamdulillah, and is fighting to live. Right now, she has sepsis – an infection in the blood. her body is not responding to the antibiotics. She is starting to get multiple organ failure.
Could you please pray for her miraculous speedy full recovery?

While we pray for and believe in Allah’s miracle of healing it is also important to recognize and accept Allah’s Qadir in the spirit of the Prophet’s (saws) dua. ‘O Allah keep me alive as long as it is good for me and when death is better for me lift me (back to You).’ We pray for the best for you, your mother and family.
