1) my father has bought a house by the intention of selling it,but now he is not getting any clients to buy that house..
2)and we want to build a new house for us but we are not getting any place acccording to our will..

Slaughter a goat or lamb and feed the poor to your intention. Repeat when you start building a new house and again when you move in.
