I used to study medicine and i have 1 exam left to get my degree but i have been struggling to sit for the exam for almost a decade. I have ventured into other areas but nothing works. What should i do?

Don’t let shaytan play with you and ruin 8+ years of your education, hard work and expenses. Focus, ask help from Allah swt and seek His Help thru the intermediary of Rasoolullah (s) and Awliyaullah.
As to the purpose of your life, it is to worship, and certainly being a doctor you can play that role. Allah knows best.
