Question:
سَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

Shaykh Jibrail, eid mubarak. There is a dua in the middle of above page about a special name written on the leaves of olive tree. Please let know what is that name. Thsnk you. This is the last page of Thursday reading of Dalailal Khayrat.
Answer:
وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته
Eid mubarak to you and your family also dear Shaykh. Thank you for your note which blesses me.
As for the Divine Name written on the olive leaves, Sharnubi and Shaykh Yusuf Nabhani both referred to Shaykh Muhammad al-Mahdi al-Fasi’s major commentary on this passage, Matāli` al-Masarrāt. (Attached below.)
Al-Fasi’s gist is, “Allah knows best what these Names are because no hadith has been transmitted to that effect. But it is probable that the Name written on the olive leaves is the very one that dictates they do not fall and has that effect on them.” Nabhani added, “for they do not fall, summer and winter.”
What came to mind before looking up the above sources is that, in light of the Verse of Light, the Name might be–but Allah knows best–
رَبَّ جبرئيلَ وميكائيلَ وإسرافيلَ ومحمَّد.
It is a Name the Holy Prophet (s) would invoke in protection against the Fire at the conclusion of salat before Fajr.* His complete duaa is, اللهمَّ رَبَّ جبرئيلَ وميكائيلَ وإسرافيلَ ومحمَّد، أعوذ بك من النَّار
Hajj Gibril Haddad
*The Hafiz Ibn Hajar said the hadith to that effect is hasan.
