The print is too small and I am not good in reading Arabic. Would it be possible to be sent this dua in Roman Transliteration form?

If you are not able to read this du`a then you are not in a good position to memorize the Holy Qur’an. You should find a qualified teacher in your area and study with him/her until you are able to read the du`a easily. Consider it a pre-requisite to memorizing Quran, just as you take Physics 101 and 102 before studying Quantum Mechanics.
