Assalam o Alaikum wa rehmatulla he wabarakatohu,
I have been trying to do muraqabah on my own by reading different books by Islamic Scholars and even though its been 6 months, I still haven’t reached anywhere. I think I am not good at focusing my mind or something like that. I also want to say that I do not have any spiritual mentor at the moment to whom I can ask such questions as it is quite hard being a female finding a spiritual teacher who can guide me. I really want to attain spirituality, (forgive me please if my lack of knowledge doesn’t know how to say things in right words). Then a few days back I came across Shaykh Nazim Sultan al Awliya’s website and I must say my heart felt such a peace that I thought to write here and ask you about this. Please help. Thanks.
