Question:
Assalaam- olaykum Sidi,
Please provide me with some remedy for spiritual disease of the heart, my heart is exhibiting symptoms of a disease. I need help in order to overcome my sexual desire- ie looking at women etc.
I go for many months alhamdulilah, looking carefully at my nafs– watching over it, however after some time I fall back into sin. I am repenting but I want to break this cycle. I realise that each time I repent it maybe the last time- for ALLAH can take any of his servants as they are in whatever state at that time and then change them into a WALI! ALLAH!
Alhamdulilah I am fasting at least 3 times every month, salawat on the Prophet (saws) 33 times after every salah.
Please help me Sidi- Thank you for reading my question, ALLAH bless you! Please make a special dua for me Inshallah.

Continue your process of self-observation, as Shaykh Hisham teaches, take a notebook and write down all your good traits and all your evil traits, ever night. Then one by one ask Allah to transform the evil one into good ones.
