As’salaamoalaikum ,
Sometimes by mistake , i do more or less of the awrad than the prescribed number. In this case, are my awrad accepted? Please , also advise what should i do for this nasty voice which has started in my head since I did web baya.
Answer:
As-Salāmu `Alaykum wa rahmatu l-lāhi wa barakātuh
The Prophet (s) said, “Inama ‘l-`amalu bin-niyyat. Every action is by intention so make intention to do the prescribed number before starting the dhikr, at that time if you do more or less, angels will correct it !
Mawlana Shaykh Hisham said in a suhba :
“If a person is trying his best to read Holy Quran and makes 9 mistakes out of 10, with only one word correct, then God sends these angels and makes them recite the Quran correctly, so that He can disburse the rewards given to the servant who reads it correctly—thus He rewards the servant and opens that knowledge for his heart.”
The same will happen for your daily awrad insh Allah.
