As-Salamu ‘alaikum,
Years ago, I took bayat with USA Ameer of Grand Shaykh [private] (R.A.) of Daar-ul-Ehsaan. Over time, it became harder for me to follow the Ameer. After certain event, I felt I could not benefit an ymore, so I stop going to Daar-ul-Ehsaan. Once, I met Shaykh Hisham Kabbani. In a private moment, he told me that I would find happiness someday. Since then, I’ve wondered if I am meant to be mureed of Shaykh Nazim? A dervish told me I would meet my true shaykh someday. Daar-ul-Ehsaan taught us that one can not leave one’s shaykh for another without permission. Since leaving, my deen is low. I pray Jummah regularly but remaining salah are very weak. I fear for my akhira and how my children and wife are being affected. What should I do? Also, please make dua for me and my family’s akhirah.
