I have 2 questions.
1)Is there any specific way of tying and wearing the Naqshbandi Taj and what are the suitable colours?
&
2)What is the significant of doing Ziyarats to the tombs of Shuyukhs of the past?

You may learn the way of tying the blessed taj from someone who knows. All the colors are ok.
The significance of visiting the maqams of the holy ones is to take their spiritual fayd and to seek their intercession in one’s du`a. Visiting Sultans in their graves is not different than visiting them while they are in dunya, except communication is usually one-way, unless they grant to open your spiritual hearing and/or vision.
