Brother [private] when Mawlana Shaykh was alive, gave me permission to give Bayah. The formula was: On behalf of Mawlana Shaykh Nazim Al Haqqani, with the permission of Mawlana Shaykh Nazim al Haqqani on the authority of Shaykh [private].
Then I took this Bayah saying that he had no permission for an exchange of views where we were not in agreement.
Now give it back to me under the formula:
I give this Bayah under the supervision of Mawlana Shaykh Nazim, with the permission of Shaykh Mohammad Adil and under Shaykh [private] representative.
Permission to give Bayah directly on behalf of Mawlana Shaykh Nazim al Haqqani on behalf of his Caliph, Shaykh Mohammad Adil Effendi to Haqqani.
