The meaning of the answer I got in Istikhara about Tareeqa

Question:

Assalamu Alaikum respected Aalims,
I performed an Istikhara with Qur’an to seek Allah’s guidance about asking for a Naqshbandi Tareeqa. I saw this way of Istikhara in a Sufi site managed by a mureed of Maulana Jalal ud Deen Rumi ( R.A ). When I performed the Durood and Faatiha and everything else and opened the Qur’an like they said….I reached the 124th Aayath of Surah Nahl. starting from ”innamaa ju’ila ssabthu………yakhthalifoon. ( Meaning : The sabbath was only appointed for those who differed over it. And indeed, your Lord will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning that over which they used to differ.)

Can you please guide me to its true meaning with the connection of my intention ( whether to take baya or not with Sheikh Nazim )

May Allah bless your mother and father…..your wife and children….Aameen

Answer:

Alaykum Salam,

Obvious goodness does not need istikhara. The only murid and khalifa of Mawlana Rumi we know of in our experience is Mawlana Shaykh Nazim and all we can advise is: take bayaa and trust in Allah.
