Question:
Assalamu alaykoum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh,
Is it possible for us to have female spirit guides? I have high respect for Sayida Rabia Adawiya and I want her to be my intercessor on judgement day inchallah, how can I achieve that? Will she choose whom she will intercede or do I make a dua for it? Her teachings influence me a lot. Also, is it a good sign to see stars shining in dream after you make a dua? Does it mean the wish will come true inchallah?

Wa alaikum as-salam,
The believe of Ahl As-Sunnah wal Jama’at, is that prophets and saints are alive in their graves. Sayyida Rabia al-Adawiyyah was a great saint. If Allah wills she can intercede for you. You can pray two raka’at, Say Shahadah 3 times, 3 Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad, 10 salawat upon the Prophet (pbuh), and offer it as a gift to her soul. You can then ask Allah to grant you her intercession. If Allah wills, she will intercede for you.
Stars in the sky means you will be a leader over people incha Allah.
