Can you please tell me all the prayers I am allowed to do when im having my menses? I feel my heart is very sick and I just feel like crying during my menses because I can’t pray. Normally I do almost all the prayers according to tariqah.

Just do the Khatm and daily dhikr wazifa, and your prayers’ reward is still reaching you in sha Allah.
