We currently have a team of brothers who are working to unite all the old/senior mureeds of mawlana. Alhamdullilah it was going well for the second time but last night two of the zikr leaders of two of the groups in this city were sat next to each other and normally when they are together they share but last night one brother did not share. What should we do to resolve this….

Next time let the brother who didn’t get to share lead the dhikr. Solve it by having one of them lead week this one, and one lead the other week, because when seniors come they have to share, either at the same time, or at a different time. So whenever they are meeting, let them alternate who leads the dhikr.
