Assalamu-Alakum,
I hope that you are doing well. I am [private]. I got my residency result for this year and I cannot secure a residency position again. I believe that I have done every thing that I could go to secure residency but I was not accepted into any program.
Although I am little bit sad, I am trying my best to be happy with Allah’s decision. I believe that I am missing something in my life because many of my friends with the same credentials as me, have secured positions this year and in the last couple of years. I do not know what I am lacking. I would like to meet with Mawlana to discuss this and to seek his advice. Also, I would like his advice regarding what should I do now so that I can secure a position next year.
I will highly appreciate if you can help me. I would like to meet with him ASAP.

Shaykh Hisham is not available this weekend. However perhaps you can visit the following week, Thursday probably is the best chance to see him after Dhikr.
Try to recite Shahada 3x and 100 istaghfirullah every day to clear any issues that maybe hindering your program.
