I live in a non Muslim country, the legal age for riding a bike here is 18 years…But I’m 16. People do ride bike before 18 years…since I think in Islam there is no such ruling, is it ISLAMICALLY pemissible for me to ride a bike? Or is it a grey area?

As long as there is no injustice or harm caused by the ruling, it is not permissible to disobey the Laws of a non-Muslim country in which you live.
