I’m recently divorced and have plans to remarry to a man who lives in
another state and I probably would need to move where he is (300 miles
away).
I have boys 9 and 14.
According to shariah do the boys normally go with me (mother) or with
the father or do they have a choice?
If the father does not agree to the boys being that far and is not
willing to take custody, can I still move?
