Assalam o Alaikum
I was advised to wear the Naqshbandi taweez in a previous question i was asked, so I would like to ask for permission for getting the same taweez for my little son? And I would also like to ask if we have a similar problem with someone on this website, can we use the zikr that is given to them or do we have to ask for permission first?
Also i request you to please grant me some zikr for getting a v good job, as we are facing a lot of financial problems.
Please also make special dua for us.

Yes, you and everyone in your family should wear the tawiz. As Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Hisham Kabbani said, if any question/issue on eshaykh.com website applies to your own situation you may use the related answer for yourself.
As Mawlana Shaykh Hisham suggested for a similar situation, recite daily:
100 x hasbunallah wa ni`ma ‘l-wakeel
700x istaghfirullah
to take away obstacles to finding work.
