My government will highly announce that the first Ramadhan will be on Monday and Maulana just announced on Sunday. Which day should I go to? I am from western part of Indonesia. Thank you so much.

You are in a certain country, living in Indonesia for example, the government fasts the first day; this is when you fast. They break fast, you break fast with them. If they keep fasting, you keep fasting with them. When the country breaks fast, we break fast. We cannot break fast by ourselves or on our own authority and we must follow the religious authority in the country where we live.
