Islamic Cure for Paranoia
Salam aleykoum wbwr respected Sheikh and scholars,
Forgive me for any bad manners in asking questions,
Is there an Islamic cure or treatment for paranoia?
For a person who has genetic antecedents of paranoia, and who is eating healthy and not taking any medication
Please pray for us
Alf Shukr & Salams
wa `alaykum salam,
Recite a lot of tahlil (la ilaha illa Allah) and verse 14:27
“Allah firms up those who believe with the firm saying in this life and in the next, and Allah sends the wrongdoers astray. Allah does what He wills.”
Also recite every day the Salat al-Tibbiyya
which is described here
Traditional cure for paranoia (dhu`r) is turunjan or lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), which they call malleesa in Syria. It may be drunk daily as a herbal infusion. As for all ailments, it is highly recommended to give daily sadaqa, even small.
