Question:
Is there a concept of performing 8 rakat taraweeh??
Actually it is 20.. Suppose if a person cannot read 20..then?
Even many times I also cannot because my legs start paining and with very forcefulness I try to complete 20 and don’t get the satisfaction of reading taraweeh..as I am not very strong.

It is the consensus (ijma`) among the sahaba of the Prophet (s) and also the consensus of all `ulama from the four madhhabs that the Tarawih prayers are done 20 raka`ats.
If you find it hard to complete the prayers standing, you can perform them sitting down. You can also spread the prayers throughout the night at your own pace if you find it difficult to do it all at once.
