Assalamualaikkum to all our Shyukhs,
I have 2 important questions on Visions in Zikr.
I have heard of visions of Awliya including Mowlana Shaykh Nazim & Grand Shaykh & many other shaykhs been appearing at Zikr sessions. There are some who take this mode as a Substitute to the Rabitha method of connecting your Shaykh for communicating with him.
My 1st question is, can this be used as another mode like the Rabitha method in getting instructions, advises, help through the Awliyas who appear in Visions?
My 2nd question is, Can a Mureed use the Name of Sulthan al Awliya Mowlana Shaykh Nazim Q & say ” Mowlana came in a VISION OR DREAM & told me to to tell you such & such “?

Yes you can ask through visions but you must make sure they are not illusions or imagination and this answer is general for everyone. But in your case I know that this was a true vision because I know who send it to you.
