Question:
Assalaamu’alaikum,
Last year i took bay’a through Syaikh Hisham after a subha, but I felt uncertain about practices because I am new to Tasawwuf. All I could do was to gain informations from the internet, and there are loads of variations/differences among them. So I began to perform the daily awrad, but stopped soon after.
I felt the need of having a physical Waliyyam Murshida guiding me. But I guess now it is not my time yet.
Anyhow I would like to keep my promise to Syaikh Nazim, and be patient, even if I am weak and he is far physically, I would like to try do the daily Awrad again.
Should I renew my bay’a and follow the awrad guide found in naqshbandi.org ?
Thank you in advance and Allah blessings always with you inshaAllah.
Answer:
wa `alaykum salaam,
Yes, renew the baya` through the internet and practice the awrad for beginners from the Naqshbandi website, naqshbandi.org.
