Assalamu alaykom wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh,
What is the islamic ruling on flight attendants who fly internationally daily and fasting Ramadan? I would feel awful not fasting a whole month because of my work. Is it permissible to feed 60 homeless people a day for that purpose? I prefer to fast honestly. Please guide me. Also, if I can’t find 60 homeless people can I just total amount and give it as charity to homeless shelter. Jazakallahu Kairan

Crew and pilots don’t have to fast but will fast when they are off-duty. They have all year to fast to make up for the days missed in Ramadan.
