Question:
Assalam aleykum warahmatullah wabarakatuhu; My husbad divorce his 1st wife 3 days ago, but continue living with her in same home because he dont have money to go somewhere else. Im his only One wife right now but i living with him separetly i my friens home also because he cant arrange home for me yet. Have i right to ask him to live her home?And if i do that or I not pushing him to Divorce me to?He dont pray he calling me sheitan auzubillah and bitting him self or bitting me when i start speacking about this topic. What i shoul do InshaAllah?

Be patient, his staying with first wife is not according to Shari`ah and give him a time period like one month, either he goes back to her another time,if not then he must make the decision to leave her and go with you and if you feel he will divorce you then be patient and Allah swt will give you happiness and He knows how He will judge you. Recite hasbunallah wa ni`ama ‘l-wakeel to be easy
