Question:
He asked for 150 pounds and I sent it via Western union. Then when I spoke to him again I told him very clearly I DONT have any more money to send. I’m single parent making ends meet the rent food etc.. living a simple life style Alhumdulilaah. He reassured that there may not be any more payments to make. So then I called when he told me to and he made me make oath that I will pay. I kept telling him I can’t I don’t have the means. He kept saying just say yes I help you pay. I said wahoo hai to that he said say it 3 times wa book hai. I did. Then when he said u need to pay 1800 pounds I started crying and told him that I don’t have the money or the means to pay. He then said that whatever amal he did it will affect my children. It will harm my children. I told him again and again I don’t have the money or the means to send that amount. I don’t know what to do. Please help. Please pray for my children. I feel so cheated. It’s like being raped. I told him I don’t have money but he kept on and on. Is this right? Please can you send me tawiz for my children for their protection. Please for the sake of ALLAH swt help me here. Crying and shaking whilst am writing to you all.

Alaykum salam,
For an oath to be valid the precondition is firm intention. However your intention both before and after the oath was never to pay. Therefore, it is not valid. Furthermore, even if it had been your intention it would still not be valid, because an oath made under coercion is invalid. Your compliance qualifies as compliance under coercion. Thirdly, it is invalid also because another contractual precondition was a service which you never got. This makes it all null and void for three reasons.
Wear Mawlana’s tawiz and recite Fatiha, Ayatul Kursi, Amanar Rasul and the last three Suras of Quran every morning and evening for 40 days. In sha Allah nothing will harm you or your children and any sihr will return to its senders manifold and destroy them by permission of Allah.
