I would like to know if these Imams belonged to the Ahl Sunnah sect and if it is suitable to read their works: Imam al-Saffarini al-Hanbali, Imam Ibn Abd al-Hadi, Imam ibn Muflih, Imam ibn Abi Zayd al-Qayrawani, Imam al-Mizzi, Imam al-Shatibi?

Alaykum Salam,
All of them belong to Ahl al-Sunna wal-Jama`a and it is unsuitable to read their works without a teacher.
