In what scenarios is Jihad Bil Saif Farz (obligatory) upon Muslims? are all the Muslims obliged to defend those Muslims in trouble e.g in Kashmir,Palestine etc as mentioned in Sura e Infaal?
and what is the concept of slaves and women slaves in the present age with respect to shariyat?
