Question:
I want to is it haram to eat lick or taste sperm for Muslims and what is kaffara or qaza of masturbation and pass sperm in roza(Fasting) ???

Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem,
In the Hanafi and Maliki school, semen is najasah and thus to lick or taste sperm is haram. Although in the Shafi`i and Hanbali school it is considered clean, it doesn’t mean that the act is condoned.
Masturbation nullifies the fast and and it is wajib to pay back (qada) the fast. It is a sin to do it, regardless if one is fasting or not.
Reciting the verse below 100 times or to the best of our capabilities daily as mentioned by Mawlana Shaykh Hisham in the recent suhba, insha-Allah will help us to clean ourselves from undesirable acts.
أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ
{O ye who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those charged with authority among you}
