I do job in software development but the problem is some times they give jobs related to banking, haram things like making a website or software for alcohol or some company dealing with haram things. In that case is it jaiz to continue doing job with such company or not? Or what is the alternative step I should take. Please guide me in this regard.

You should make a concerted effort to find another job. While looking for another source of income, the salary from the current job can be used and the food obtained with it can be consumed.
