Salam to All,
In this book it is said that prophet Muhammad PBUH is ‘ Abu Arwah’ (Father of all Souls), so does it mean spiritually He (PBUH) is the father of Adam (RA), but physically his (RA) son (PBUH).
My apologies if this question has come out wrong.

The expression is correct and refers to the Haqiqa Muhammadiyya on the basis of the authentic hadiths:
“I was Prophet when Adam was still between the spirit and the body”;
“I was Prophet when Adam was still kneaded in his clay”;
“I was the first Prophet in creation and the last one in mission”.
