My question is regarding street demonstrations. Is it permissible to demonstrate on streets in Islam? Could you please provide ahadiths re this matter with references.

Answer:
Wa`alaykumussalam,
Our Shuyukh have forbidden street demonstrations of any type. These
are against the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.) and there is no
honour in a believer to hold such demonstrations. Refer to Mawlana
Shaykh Nazim’s suhbah on this matter:
