Question:
This means public/outright accusations of shirk/kufr? What of one making no public accusation, believes the person is logically innocent, but has obsessive thoughts (paranoid) so advises to make tawbah just in case. Forever burden of shirk/kufr?
Answer:
Let him advise privately and move on. If not then he himself is in need of advice to repent from su’ al-zann and should seek refuge in Allah from obsessive whisperings.
