Dear Shaykh, Assalamu alaykum,
My Fear of Allah SWT is so much that once I thought that I would die from it. Because of this excessive Fear of Allah, I am afraid to do anything in life because I do not wish to make mistakes and incur His punishment; I am ‘frozen’, you could say.
Plus, I feel I am cowardly because I could not face Allah SWT and so I ran the other way. I know I am a stupid female. But what can I do to normalize and should I Fear Allah more or Love Him more? I am sorry to trouble you again.

That is fear to lose His Love. You love Him, and for sure He loves you.
