Dr has said she may not be able to have cochlear implant to hear for deafness as the scan was not clear if she has a hearing nerve. I did isthikhara same night in my dream I was told to read chapter 23 in the Quran. What does this mean ?

Chapter 23 is called Al-mu’iminoon (The People with Faith). Insha Allah it means put your trust in Allah, and delegate all your affairs to Him. Insha Allah by the grace of Allah, your daughter will be able to hear one day. Allah knows best.
