بسم الله الرّحمان الرّحيم
Asalamu ‘alaikum w rahmatullah wa barakatuh.
We were young man around an old Sheikh. He was pointing his weapon toward us teaching us to be brave, and not to fear. He said to us : “At this point (stage), you are like Ahlul Kahf.” I then recited the verse : “When ye turn away from them and the things they worship other than Allah betake yourselves to the Cave: your Lord will shower His mercies on you and dispose of your affair towards comfort and ease.” (18:16). I would like to mention, that my companions in that dream were Christians, of the early generations, not cross worshipers, and I felt they were like my brothers.
wa 1alaykum salam,
Betake yourself to the cave of seclusion and remembrance of Allah (swt) and praising of His Prophet (s). Just as they were saved from the calamities and afflictions that befell the citizens of their time, so too will you be saved for the time of Safety, the Time of Sahib az-Zaman (as), in-sha-Allah. As our mashaykh teach, we are in the time of the worst imaginable fitna, so avoid all groups and parties and keep self-maintained seclusion. If anyone attempts to bother you, your dog will bark at them (make your ego strong and forceful for that purpose) so they leave you alone.
