Dream:
Assalamualaykum Shyakh,
I awoke late night, I had a strong feeing the angel of death was at my window. I got up, made wadu, and came back to bed. I wanted to die on my right side,as i was turning, something pushed me hard on my back, and was holding me, the harder i pushed the more every inch of my body hurt. I was so scared. Then, whatever It was, said this is the most beautiful voice “Are you afraid of your Lord’s creation?” Then I screamed the Shahada over and over again while i pushed, the more i pushed the more pain i recieved. Finally after saying it a few times (it felt as if my heart had its own mouth and shouted the shahada, not just from my lips) It let me go and i dropped to my back.
Please explain to me what has happend?

wa `alaykum salam,
Allah knows best that it was not the Angel of Death, but rather a spiritual reminder to you from awliyaullah that “death is coming” and to make you focus more on your spiritual side and less on dunya.
