I adopted 2 girls. Since they are not entitiled to my property, I have decided to sell and buy a home in their names – 50-50 share, joint tenancy. What happens if one of them passes on? Nobody knows their biological families.

The property reverts back to the mawla/guardian (which is yourself) and his inheritors.
