Is my marriage still valid if I mentioned words or expressions other than word “talaq”? Since, I’ve mentioned other words or expressions to scare my wife during fights, this way she’d calm down. But lately I’ve been feeling my marriage is over due to repeating those words even when I wasn’t angry.

No, there is no Talaq. Your marriage is still valid. It is better that you try get a grip on your anger and treat your wife with love and respect. You fight fire with water. Recite Ya Haleem 100 times, Ya Lateef 100 times, and Ya Wadud 100 times daily. This is for both of you.
