Doubt about written talaq was talaq

Question:

I think I made an oath about divorce, but maybe in future tense, but no intention. I rememberd this after waswasa.

To avoid divorce, I broke my phone so we can’t read it, so that there is no chance to get certainity.

Is marriage still valid?

Answer:

An oath of divorce in the future tense without intending for it to take place does not constitute divorce but a threat. The marriage is still valid.
