J ai rencontré une femme et apres quelques mois de frequentation j ai decidé de ne pas conclure par le marriage. Quelques jours apres cette femme m apelle pour me dire qu il y a un cheikh representant de mawlana qui est a Paris et part le lendemain que ce serai bien que je le voi avant qu il parte. il nous a mariés mais je ne me sens pas en paix dans le coeur et il n y avait pas de temoins quand il nous marié juste le frère et sa femme chez qui nous étions qui etaient dans la piece a coté. est ce que ce marriage est valide ? elle me presse pour habiter ensemble et faire des enfants que doit je faire ? Aidez moi s il vous plait

I met a woman and after a few months of frequenting and I have decided not to enter the wedding. Alaykum Salam wa rahmatullah wa barakatuh,
Le mariage sans temoins est invalide. Allez simplement a la grande mosquee de Paris et demandez a l’imam de vous marier, il vous expliquera les conditions et le adab du nikah, qui ne sont aucunement compliquees. Preservez la paix de vos coeurs et la validite’ rituelle de cet acte majeur en appliquant fidelement les instructions d’Allah et de Son Prophet, incha Allah vous vivrez be’nis et heureux dans ce monde et dans l’autre.

Marriage without witnesses is invalid. Simply go see the imam of the great mosque of Paris and ask him to marry you, he will explain to you the conditions and etiquette of nikah, which are not complicated at all. Safeguard your hearts and peace of minds as well as the ritual validity of this important act by faithfully applying the instructions of Allah and His Prophet. In sha Allah you will live blessed and happy in this world and the next.
