Question:
I met a man and we both wish to marry – for the right reasons – piety, good character and compatibility. We both feel that we were intended for each other. However his parents have disapproved of me because of our age difference. He is 35 and I am 44. He has tried his best to persuade them but they have refused and told him that if he marries me, they will disown him. He is not willing to go against his parents and despite being heartbroken he has told me that we have to go our separate ways – maybe we will be reunited in another life. This is so unjust! Please help.
