A girl and boy accept each other as husband and wife with Allah as their witness, the boy introduces this girl to his more than two of his male friends and introduces her as their sister-in-law(his wife). Would this make them witnesses? Is this a valid nikkah? I ask this question because me and this boy broke up. I truly accepted him as my husband. The last time we were close was just under two years ago. A couple of months ago I spoke to him, we argued and in anger I asked him for a divorce and in anger he shouted the word divorce three times. Where do i stand? Is this man my husband/ex husband or nobody to me? Please advise me i still feel as though there is something tying me to him preventing me from moving on.
