Assalamoualaikoum shaik,
I have a role with regards to my mother and stepmother.
1) Given that I have hardly live with my real mother, does the normal rules that apply to a mother apply to me? For example the mother has 3 times more right over me than my father as per hadith?
2) Can a stepmother take the role of the mother ever? For example can you earn Jannah at the feet of your stepmother who took care of me since I was a child?
3 ) My real mother tries to put me in direct conflict with my father. For example, when I was in my home country, she invited me for dinner for Eid knowing that I would spend my time with my father and stepmother. What can I do in this case or in general as it means disobeying my mother?

1. Yes, the biological mother has right 3 times over the father.
2. Allah will give you reward for your kindness to an elder even if not your mother, depending on your intention including Paradise as if it were your mother in sha Allah.
3. Try to bring peace with your mother, spend time and build a good and spiritual connection with her.
