My cousin claims that you can not use the word “fitna” ” or hadiths related to it about “harj” etc. to refer to conflicts between Muslims and non-Muslims but only about conflicts between Muslims, is this true?
Answer:
The greatest fitna of them all is that of the Dajjal (Arch-Liar) and he will be leading his followers, who are unbelievers, against the believers. The vast majority of the Muslim authorities consider this obligatory knowledge.
